What are your Box Office telephone hours?

What is included in the ticket price?
All Dinner & Show tickets include: fresh baked bread, choice of housemade soup or crisp garden salad, choice of included entree from our menu, show and all taxes and fees. Preview our menu to see what is included with each entree.

Items available at an additional cost are: appetizers, specialty beverages, cocktails, wine, beer, soft drinks, entree upgrades, desserts, and gratuity. (If reservations have been made with our Group Coordinator, gratuity is included.)

How far in advance can I make reservations?
At the beginning of each season, our Season Ticket subscribers have the opportunity to book their seats before they go on sale to the general public. Then, generally four months prior to the start of the season, tickets for all individual productions are available for purchcase.

Can I buy a group of tickets online?
We invite you to call our Group Coordinator for ticket quantities greater than 12. You will receive special pricing and great service! Visit our Group’s web page for more information. Then call us at 970-744-3753 to book your group.

Can you hold seats for me?
Unfortunately, seats cannot be held without payment. Please have all information at hand when ordering as there are no refunds.

What if we can’t make our scheduled performance?
At the Candlelight, you are our very important guests. Simply call us no later than 48 hours prior to your ticketed performance and we will transfer your reservation to another date of the same show. If the transfer is to a higher priced performance the patron will be charged the difference.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover online or over the phone or cash/check in person.

Is your building handicap accessible?
Handicapped parking and ramps will ease your arrival to our theater. We offer wheelchair seating in the center row of our theater. Be sure to mention the need for wheelchair seating when calling the box office for ticket reservations. Wheelchair seating cannot be reserved online.

What is the latest time to arrive for lunch or dinner?
To allow for a relaxed dining experience, we recommend you arrive for lunch/dinner no later than fifteen minutes after seating begins.

LATE ARRIVALS – We will do our best to accomodate dinner patrons arriving within 30 minutes of curtain. This may include a limited menu served at intermission. No refunds are made for late patrons.

What is your policy on cell phones in the theatre?
Texting during a performance or a ringing cell phone is a distraction for audience members and performers. If you bring a cell phone into the theatre, please turn it off before the performance begins. If you must use your phone at intermission, remember to turn it off before re-entering the theatre.

What if I’m celebrating a special occasion?
We will be happy to announce your occasion from the stage if requested in advance through the Box Office or by filling out the comment card at your table. Ask our Box Office Agents about purchasing a celebration cake.

What is your policy on cameras in the theatre?
To comply with strict licensing regulations, the use of cameras, recording equipment, and picture cell phones are strictly prohibited during performances. You may take pictures at your table prior to the performance.

How may I purchase a Gift Certificate?
Gift Certificates make wonderful gifts for everyone on your shopping list. They can be conveniently ordered online in $10 or $50 amounts (where you have an option of actually printing the certificate directly onto your computer’s printer), over the telephone in any amount (instant print at home also available), or at our box office.

How do I redeem a Gift Certificate or Gift Ticket?
Call our Box Office at 970-744-3747 to place your ticket order. Be sure to have your Gift Certificate or Gift Ticket available. We will need the numbers from the certificate when you place your order. If there is a balance left after your purchase, another Gift Certificate will be issued for the remaineder which you may pick up at the theater when you attend you show.

May I bring my infant?
In general, Candlelight Dinner Playhouse welcomes children ages 5 and above. Some productions may not be suitable for young children. If you are unsure, please ask the Box Office Agent. Babes in arms are not permitted in the theatres.

Do you have children’s and student discounts?
Discounted tickets are available for children aged 5 to 12 and students aged 13 to 18 for all regular performances. Please ask the Box Office Agent when ordering tickets.

Do you offer Assisted Listening Devices?
Assisted Listening Devices are available free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please inquire at the Will Call desk when you arrive at the theater.

Are Show Only tickets available?
Yes. We offer ‘Show Only’ tickets for most performances at the Candlelight Dinner Playhouse. These tickets are only available through the Box Office and some seating restrictions apply.

What if I have a special dietary need?
If you or someone in your party has a special dietary request or concern, please bring it to the attention of your reservationist when you place your ticket order. Candlelight offers vegetarian and gluten free options. Simply ask your server or check our dining page for complete menu.

Do you have a dress code?
Yes we do – and we call it Colorado casual. While some patrons will dress up for a special occasion, at the Candlelight we want you to be comfortable during your evening. Everything from casual to elegant is accepted.

How do I get information on auditions for Candlelight productions?
Auditions for Candlelight Dinner Playhouse productions are held several months prior to each production opening. Audition notice is given on our website. Additional notices are posted locally on www.coloradotheatreguild.org, If you are from out-of-town, you may send a picture and resume to:
